During this session, we’ll sit down with you to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and help you understand how NDIS funding can support your fitness and health needs or rehabilitation journey.


Together, we’ll create a personalised plan to achieve your health objectives, whether it’s improving mobility, building strength, or building independence. After the consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to try a personal training session at no cost—experience first hand how our services can help you or a family or friend member thrive.
