The Angela Taylor Memorial Run/Walk on Sunday, 3 May 2026, is a 5km run/walk and team event or a 10km run, held to commemorate Angela Rose Taylor, who died as a result of the 1986 Russell Street bombing.
Started in 1989, the Angela Taylor Memorial Run/Walk is a community event open to individual runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, including juniors, nippers, veterans, and seniors. There’s a category to suit all fitness levels.
Members, staff, and families from Victoria's Police & Emergency Services, as well as the general public, are welcome to participate and show their support for the services that protect and care for us in times of danger and disaster. Your participation will also assist the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation in its work to provide new and improved emergency facilities in public hospitals throughout Victoria.
