Join us for Beerwah at Night on Saturday, 31 January 2026, a premier night trail running event held at the base of Mt Beerwah in the Glasshouse Mountains National Park, Queensland.
Choose from three challenging distances: 10km, Half Marathon, or Marathon, with elevation gains of approximately 294m, 657m, and 1314m respectively. The marathon consists of two laps of the half marathon course, first run anti-clockwise and then clockwise.
Experience the thrill of running under the stars, guided by headlamps and reflective markers along scenic, well-maintained trails. This event is ideal both for seasoned night trail runners and those seeking a safe, well-organized introduction to running at night.
First held in 2015, Beerwah at Night features the infamous Dungeon section, adding an exciting challenge to the course. All participants are encouraged to respect the natural environment by carrying their own cups to minimize waste.
Race day schedule:
- 3:00 pm β Race sign-on opens
- 4:00 pm β Marathon start
- 6:00 pm β Half Marathon start
- 7:00 pm β 10km start
Entries close on 24 January 2026. No entries on the day. Minimum age limits apply: 12 years for 10km, 15 years for Half Marathon, and 18 years for Marathon (participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian).
