Coombabah Trail Run

Description
The Coombabah Trail Run returns on Sunday, 5 October 2025, offering two scenic distances of 4.8 km and 11.2 km through the beautiful Coombabah Lakes Conservation Area on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
Both routes follow a single loop within the reserve, providing a unique trail experience surrounded by natural landscapes. The race starts and finishes at the main entrance of the reserve on Koala Trail, Shelter Road, directly opposite Southport Airfield.
Water and refreshment stations are positioned along the routes to support participants, with stops at approximately 1.5 km and 4.3 km for the shorter distance, and additional stations at 4.3 km and 7.0 km for the longer course. The event aims to maintain a small, personal atmosphere to preserve the pristine environment.
