The EXSS Sprint Triathlon will be held at Champion Lakes Regatta Centre, WA, Australia, on Sunday, 30 November 2025. This event features multiple race options, including three different triathlon distances, as well as duathlon and aquabike competitions.
The Sprint distance triathlon is a non-drafting race, consisting of a 750-meter swim, 20-kilometer bike ride, and 5-kilometer run. It offers an accessible yet challenging format ideal for athletes of all levels seeking a fast-paced, shorter endurance race.

Triathlon (Swim + Bike + Run):
Novice/Kids (10yrs+): 100m + 6K + 1K
Bolt (12yrs+): 400m + 12K + 2.5K
Sprint (15 yrs+): 750m + 20K + 5K - solo/team
