Join the Mollymook Splash & Dash on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at iconic Mollymook Beach on NSW's South Coast. This vibrant community event combines ocean swimming with three mixed-terrain running options, creating something for everyone.
Ocean Swimming: Experience the iconic Mollymook Ocean Swim with a 2.2km race featuring spectacular coastal views and a supportive community atmosphere.
Running Events: Choose your distance and challenge level:
- 10km Coast Run: An adventurous route traversing Narrawallee and Mollymook Beaches with approximately 4km of sand running plus bitumen, grass, gravel, single track, and stairs.
- 5km Run Challenge: A fast, predominantly flat circuit along Mitchell Parade featuring the legendary "heartbreak hill," with a scenic downhill finish and 2km sand run to the Surf Club.
- 3km Fun Run: A family-friendly, car-free route along Mitchell Parade—mainly flat and perfect for children, walkers, strollers, and those new to running events.
Festival Atmosphere: Enjoy food vendors, live music, and presentations throughout the day. Couples can also participate in a special Valentine's Day vow renewal or commitment ceremony led by a celebrant, with a keepsake certificate to commemorate the occasion.
