The Great Aussie Hike Mini on Saturday, 25 October 2025, is an exciting team challenge exploring some of Victoria’s most breathtaking coastal and bushland trails on the Mornington Peninsula. Participants can choose from three distances: 43km, 30km, or 20km.

The 43km route begins at the windswept sands of Gunnamatta Beach and follows the scenic Two Bays Walking Trail along clifftops, through rugged coastal scrub, native eucalypt forests, and rolling green hills, finishing among the vineyards at the Pig 'n' Whistle Tavern in Main Ridge.

The 30km course starts at Gunnamatta Surf Life Saving Club, featuring stunning coastal views along the Mornington Peninsula Coastal Walk to Cape Schanck, before heading inland through tranquil bushland and native forests to the finish at Main Ridge.

The 20km option begins at the iconic Cape Schanck Lighthouse and guides teams on a picturesque journey through peaceful native bushland and gently undulating terrain, showcasing the natural beauty of the region.

Team requirements vary by distance: the 20km and 30km courses require a minimum of three members per team, while the 43km course requires at least four members.
