Explore Canberra Adventure Race – Saturday, 31 January 2026
Take on the ultimate team challenge at the Explore Canberra Adventure Race! Set in the scenic landscapes of Canberra, ACT, this dynamic event invites teams of two to run, kayak, mountain bike, and navigate their way through a rugged, unmarked off-road course.
Choose between a 15km or 30km route, each packed with checkpoints to discover along the way. Armed with just a map and compass, teams must work together to strategize, navigate, and complete the course before the 6-hour time limit. The winning team is the first to cross the finish line with all checkpoints completed.
The full course is ideal for beginners with solid fitness and seasoned adventure racers seeking a challenge or a chance to sharpen their skills. The shorter course offers a fun, accessible introduction for families and newcomers eager to experience the thrill of adventure racing.
