The Hallora Marathon Festival, held on Sunday, 14 December 2025, in Warragul, Victoria, is a community-focused event that promotes physical activity while raising funds for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
The festival features multiple race options suitable for all ages and abilities. The marathon (42km) and 24km events start at Hallora Recreation Reserve, following scenic routes along Main South Road into Drouin and along The Two Towns Trail. The 24km course is a point-to-point route finishing at Western Park in Warragul, while the marathon loops between Drouin and Warragul three times before concluding at Western Park.
Additional family-friendly events of 16km, 8km, 5km, and a Kids Dash (approximately 200m) start and finish at Western Park in Warragul. These courses are out-and-back along The Two Towns Trail, with clear signage and marshals guiding participants.
The festival also includes a vibrant event hub at Western Park featuring music, an MC, food and drinks, merchandise, and a community BBQ fundraiser. The Hallora Marathon Festival fosters community spirit, encourages healthy living, and supports vital cancer research and treatment through Peter Mac.
