About this event

Join the **Mt Misery Trail Run** on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Fox Creek Bike Park in Lenswood, east of Adelaide, South Australia. This exciting event is part of the On The Trails Running Series 2026.

Challenge yourself on epic trails near Cudlee Creek, winding through stunning bushland and tackling rewarding hills in the Mount Lofty Ranges. Respect the traditional lands of the Kaurna and Peramangk peoples—leave only footprints—and savor breathtaking views from the summit of Mt Misery.

Primarily fire trails with exciting single-track sections, the courses offer something for all levels: kids' 1.5 km and 1 km options, short 8 km (368 m elevation), medium 15 km (843 m), and long 24 km (1,225 m). Beginners, experienced runners, and walkers (welcome on short distances) will find the perfect fit.

Note course cutoffs and paces to stay ahead of sweepers—all must finish by 11:30 am.
