Portsea Twilight 2024
Contact Details
Description
Organiser: Sole Motive
Don't miss your chance to run in the presence of the epic views & sunsets at Portsea Twilight this summer!
With a brand new event village and startline location within the Quarantine Station we have been able to extend the courses compared to previous years, allowing you to test your fitness on a fast 5.5K or the awe-challenging 9.5K course.
Point Nepean National Park is sure to impress with its breathtaking views of Bass Strait on one side and Port Phillip Bay on the other, offering scenery along the way that you won't forget.
Celebrate your efforts with a well earned post-run grazing platter and beer or wine in the Event Village.
Are you ready for the challenge?
GET READY FOR AN EPIC RACE DAY AT PORTSEA TWILIGHT!
LOOKING TO BEAT THE DELAYS?
Authorities have advised that traffic's in a bit of a jam right now, especially on Point Nepean Rd near Sorrento Pier.
If you're looking for the quickest way through this mess, Hughes Road to Melbourne Rd is your best bet,
it'll get you to the event faster and safer than taking any alternate route.
GET READY FOR A FANTASTIC EVENING OF FUN AND ADVENTURE
**If you're traveling to the event, plan ahead and leave yourself a little extra time from Melbourne - up to half an hour!
That way, you'll arrive ready for all the fun.
From 4pm there'll be lots going on; entertainment to keep kids occupied, delicious food vans alongside Watts River Brewery & Sole Motive Race Ready Store.
Plus don't worry if you're driving as free parking is available from 3pm.
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome everyone here this 2023 and have an unforgettable experience together!
STAY SAFE, STAY HYDRATED
Get ready for a fun and sunny Saturday! Temperatures will be high, so don't forget to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Make sure you're extra prepared by drinking plenty of fluids at least 24 hours before the event so that you can run like the wind when twilight arrives.
