Celebrate the Women’s World Cup at Wyndham City’s free Football Fever Celebration! Wyndham Park will be buzzing with interactive football activities, roving entertainment, free face painting, music, food trucks and more.
Meet players from Western United FC, take part in free and come-and-try sessions with Wyndham’s local football clubs and pick up your very own Football Fever Kids Activity Passport to take home.
You’ll also be able to watch the FIFA Women’s World Cup™ LIVE with a broadcast of the USA v Vietnam match from 11am, which is being played in Auckland. The match will be followed by free Xbox gaming on the big screen, where you can challenge your friends to your own FIFA Women's World Cup™ 2023 match.
Whether you’re a big football fan or new to the game, come on down and be part of the fun!
Participating clubs will include Western United FC, Hoppers Crossing Soccer Club, Point Cook Soccer Club, Truganina Hornets Soccer Club, Truganina Lions Soccer Club, Williams Landing Football Club.
Football Victoria will also be hosting a free come and try Go Girls session! (pre-registrations are encouraged for this session – register as an ‘individual’).
Entry to Wyndham Park is via Wedge Street Piazza on Watton Street or via Bicentennial Bridge, with easy access to dining on Watton Street and a selection of onsite food trucks. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided they are on lead and supervised at all times.
Wyndham Park is located in close proximity to Werribee Train Station and free public parking including West End Car Park, Wyndham Cultural Centre Car Park, Comben Drive, Riverbend Car Park and Hunter Car Park (Holiday Inn) – time limits may apply.
