The Inverloch Running Festival takes place on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Inverloch Glade, Inverloch, VIC, Australia. This vibrant coastal event offers a variety of race distances to suit all levels, including a Marathon, Half Marathon, 14km, 5km, and a family-friendly 2km run.
Centered at Inverloch Glade, the Marathon features a double out-and-back course along the picturesque Bunurong Coastal Drive, extending to Marine Park Drive near Cape Patterson. The Half Marathon covers one lap of this scenic route, showcasing the stunning ocean views and diverse terrain of Victoria’s Bass Coast.
The 14km race starts just west of the Life Saving Club at Cape Patterson, traversing a mix of flat and rolling sections before finishing at Inverloch Glade. The 5km out-and-back course highlights the beautiful Inverloch foreshore trail with a brief stretch along the beach, providing a scenic and enjoyable run.
Designed for runners of all ages and abilities, the festival celebrates fitness, community, and the natural beauty of Gippsland’s coastline. Participants and spectators alike can enjoy a festive atmosphere with local food vendors, live entertainment, and activities for families throughout the day.
