Organiser: IRONMAN
The ASICS Noosa Breakfast Fun Run takes place on Friday, 31 October 2025, as part of the Noosa Triathlon & Multisport Festival. This scenic 5K run starts on Park Road, just east of the Noosa Heads Surf Club, and follows a route through the National Park before returning along the boardwalk to Noosa Main Beach. Runners then continue towards the river mouth and finish by running along the beach back to the Surf Club.
Participants are encouraged to wear pink to support the McGrath Foundation, helping raise vital funds for breast cancer research. The event is open to all ages, with children aged 12 and under required to register and be accompanied by a registered adult throughout the run, who will be responsible for their safety. Participants over 12 years of age may complete the course independently.
