How to Regrip a Tennis Racket

Racquet maintenance can be difficult for most players, with busy schedules often making it challenging to find time for regular upkeep. But one of the easiest and most impactful DIY jobs that you can do is regripping your racquet handle. It’s a cheap and easy job that takes just 15 minutes or so—and, when you’re done, it feels like a brand-new racquet.

Thinking of playing socially or getting training/coaching?
Playing tennis socially can be a fun and enjoyable way to exercise and spend time with friends. When playing tennis socially, it is common for players to have a casual approach to the rules of the game and to modify them to suit the level and ability of the players. For example, players may agree to let the ball bounce before returning it, or to use a softer ball. It is also common for players to play 'sides', rather than strictly singles or doubles, with the winning side being the first to reach a certain number of points.
Another popular way of playing tennis is cardio tennis. It is becoming increasingly popular in Australia as a fun and effective way to stay in shape and improve overall fitness. Cardio tennis sessions typically involve a variety of fast-paced drills and exercises that are designed to get the heart pumping and burn calories. Many people find it a fun and enjoyable alternative to traditional gym workouts, and people of all fitness levels can play it.

Tennis lessons, on the other hand, are typically more structured and focused on improving a player's technique and skills. Tennis lessons can be private, with one tennis coach working with one student, or group lessons, with a instructor working with several students at once. Tennis lessons are often available for players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, and can be tailored to meet the needs and goals of the individual student.
